Order Cancellation
At Stemborn, we are committed to delivering quality Ayurvedic, Wellness, and FMCG products along with a transparent customer experience. Please read the following cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order-Level Cancellation
1. Customers may cancel their order before it is confirmed, processed, packed, or dispatched by Stemborn.
2. If payment has already been made, the eligible refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
3. Orders can be cancelled through:
a) The Stemborn website or mobile application (where applicable); or
b) By contacting Stemborn Customer Support.
4. Once any product in the order has been packed, dispatched, or handed over to the logistics partner, the order cannot be cancelled.
5. Orders placed under special promotional offers, combo packs, limited-period schemes, distributor schemes, or discounted campaigns may not be eligible for cancellation.
2. Dispatch-Level Cancellation
1. Once the order has been dispatched from the Stemborn warehouse, cancellation will not be permitted.
2. Orders that are in transit or out for delivery cannot be cancelled.
3. Distributor Registration Cancellation
1. Distributor registration applications may be cancelled before approval by Stemborn.
2. After approval and activation of distributorship, the registration amount shall be non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
3. Stemborn reserves the right to reject or cancel any distributor application if incorrect information, fraudulent activity, or non-compliance with company policies is detected.
4. Online Course & Training Program Cancellation
1. Any online course, training program, digital learning material, webinar, or downloadable content purchased from Stemborn is non-cancellable and non-refundable once access has been provided.
2. Since digital products are delivered instantly and can be accessed immediately, cancellation requests after activation or access will not be accepted.
3. If a customer purchases a course under a distributorship installment plan, amounts already paid towards the course shall not be refunded.
5. Installment-Based Distributor Program
1. Candidates opting to join Stemborn's distributor program through installment-based course purchases may complete the required amount in multiple payments as per the company's prevailing policy.
2. Failure to complete the required installments within the prescribed period may result in suspension, delay, or cancellation of distributorship eligibility.
3. Amounts paid under installment plans shall generally be non-refundable after course access or training benefits have been provided.
6. Refund Policy for Cancelled Orders
1. Eligible refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method.
2. Refund processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution.
3. Shipping, handling, or convenience charges (if applicable) may be non-refundable.
7. Cancellation by Stemborn
Stemborn reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
a) Product unavailability;
b) Incorrect pricing or product information;
c) Payment verification issues;
d) Suspected fraudulent transactions; or
e) Circumstances beyond reasonable control.
In such cases, any amount received from the customer will be refunded in full.
