STEMBORN Distributor Training & Payment Policy
Introduction
Welcome to Stemborn.
This policy explains the terms related to distributor training, installment-based course payments, refund conditions, and participant responsibilities. By enrolling in our training or purchasing any online course, the candidate agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. Purpose of the Program
STEMBORN provides training, skill development, and educational support to individuals interested in future distributorship opportunities. The primary objective of this program is to help candidates develop business knowledge, communication skills, product understanding, and professional growth.
2. Distributor Security Amount / Eligibility Amount
To become an authorized distributor, a candidate may be required to deposit a predetermined amount decided by STEMBORN from time to time.
If a candidate is unable to pay the full amount at one time, the candidate may choose the installment option through the purchase of STEMBORN online training courses.
3. Installment-Based Course Option
The candidate can purchase online courses in installments.
The total value of purchased courses may be adjusted toward the required distributorship amount, subject to company policies.
Completion of installment payments does not automatically guarantee distributorship approval.
Final distributorship approval shall depend upon company evaluation, conduct, eligibility, document verification, and prevailing business requirements.
4. Training & Educational Nature
All courses, training sessions, webinars, and educational materials are intended solely for educational and skill-development purposes.
STEMBORN does not guarantee any fixed income, employment, profit, or business success.
Individual performance depends upon personal effort, communication skills, market conditions, and dedication.
5. Refund Policy
If the candidate decides not to continue toward distributorship, they may apply for a refund of the deposited eligible amount.
The refund request must be submitted at least 45 days before the desired refund date through the official application process.
The company shall review the application and process the eligible refund according to company procedures.
No interest, bonus, profit, or additional compensation shall be payable on the deposited amount under any circumstances.
Amounts already utilized against completed training services, digital products, administrative expenses, or non-refundable services may be deducted as per company policy.
6. Non-Transferability
The candidate’s training enrollment, course access, and payment eligibility are non-transferable unless specifically approved in writing by STEMBORN.
7. Digital Course Access
Course access may be provided through online platforms, applications, websites, or digital systems authorized by STEMBORN.
Sharing login credentials, course content, videos, or study materials without permission is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized copying or distribution may result in suspension or legal action.
8. Candidate Responsibilities
The candidate agrees:
To provide accurate information and documents.
To maintain professional conduct.
Not to make misleading income claims or false promises on behalf of STEMBORN.
To follow all company guidelines, policies, and applicable laws.
9. Company Rights
STEMBORN reserves the right to:
Modify training structures, policies, eligibility conditions, or course fees.
Approve or reject distributorship applications.
Suspend or terminate participation in case of policy violations, misconduct, or misuse of company resources.
10. Limitation of Liability
STEMBORN shall not be responsible for:
Personal business losses,
Market risks,
Individual financial decisions, or
Any indirect damages arising from participation in the program.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
Candidate information submitted during registration, training, or payment processes shall be handled with reasonable confidentiality and may be used for training management, communication, verification, and official business purposes in accordance with applicable laws.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing any course, enrolling in training, or participating in the distributorship process, the candidate confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
